The People team also handles payroll, benefits, and employee relations, making sure that TRACTIAN attracts and retains top talent while fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.

What you'll do

The Safety Technician will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at Tractian, aiming to prevent accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental impacts.

Develop, review, and implement health, safety, and environmental procedures

Monitor health, safety, and environmental indicators

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through effective actions

Conduct periodic workplace inspections

Prepare and audit APR (Risk Analysis) and PT (Work Permits) when necessary

Identify, assess, and propose corrective measures for occupational risks, improvements in environmental and occupational health management

Participate in accident and incident analyses, preparing technical reports

Deliver mandatory training (NR standards, internal procedures, environmental policies)

Support documentation required for client visits

Audit and analyze contractor documentation

Develop safety awareness campaigns

Manage PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
