We are seeking a dependable and service-driven Customer Support Representative to assist clients by providing timely responses, clear communication, and organized follow-through. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering a positive customer experience in a structured environment.

In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for client questions, updates, and coordination. Youll work within established systems and processes to ensure every interaction is professional, accurate, and supportive.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service or client-facing experience preferred (not required)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
  • Reliable with strong time management skills
  • Must be a citizen of the US, UK, LATAM, Spain, or Australia
