Associate Director, People

We are looking for a brilliant Associate Director, People – an ambitious and highly capable individual who can make sure that our exceptional team are at the heart of everything we do. 

Trivandi is currently in a phase of rapid growth, and as we scale, we require a Liverpool-based professional to join our small People Team who are based in Dubai, Liverpool, London and Riyadh. Reporting to our Director of People, you’ll be supporting the shaping our company from today to our future state – meeting the challenges and opportunities of working in a high-growth environment.

The Associate Director, People is responsible for coaching the People Operations team and delivering on People deliverables that support our company objectives. This role provides day-to-day support across all areas of People, ensures compliance with employment legislation, and fosters a positive, inclusive, high‑performance culture. The post-holder will partner closely with the Director of People and our leaders to shape workforce strategy, drive organisational capability, and enhance the employee experience.
