Senior Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d) – Human & Agentic Trust

Home of our Product Development is the Products & Engineering Department, which consists of 15 cross-functional Product Teams across 3 Product Domains (Consumer, Business and Platform), working in an agile environment. Here we’re building the next generation of secure and user-friendly authentication tools for agentic commerce - designed to foster trust between users, businesses and agents.

To join our Trstd Login Team, we are looking for a:

Cologne (hybrid) or Berlin (remote) | Permanent Contract (Full-time) 

Your Key Responsibilities as a Senior Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d):

• Work in a cross‑functional Product Team to design, build, and evolve secure, scalable identity and authentication services.

• Develop cross‑platform Web Components and their integration into major eCommerce systems (Shopware, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify).

• Implement secure System Communication using OAuth2 and OIDC, following a language‑agnostic engineering mindset.

• Take full ownership in a “You build it, you own it” culture.

• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

• Optimize reliability, security, and performance across Identity‑related components.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and delivery experts to ship impactful, user‑centric features.

• Strong frontend experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

• Experience building React applications and hands-on experience with Web Components & lightweight frameworks like Lit.

• Backend skills in Node.js with Express.

• Knowledge of Keycloak (Java), authentication flows, identity protocols.

• Hands‑on AWS knowledge (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB).

• Experience with Terraform / IaC (or willingness to learn).

• Knowledge of microservice architecture, secure RESTful API design, and web security standards.

• Growth mindset, collaborative working style, strong communication skills in English.
