Water Truck Driver

Turner Staffing Group is hiring Water Truck Drivers to support a mining operation in Hinkley, California. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe and efficient site conditions by controlling dust and supporting road maintenance across the operation.

• → Operate a water truck to control dust on haul roads, work areas, and around active equipment
• → Maintain proper moisture levels on roadways to ensure safe driving conditions for haul trucks and support equipment
• → Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections
• → Monitor water levels and refill as needed throughout the shift
• → Report equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or hazards immediately
• → Follow all site safety policies and MSHA regulations
• → Communicate effectively with supervisors and other operators
• → Assist with general site support duties as needed

• Previous experience operating a water truck or similar heavy equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL may be required depending on equipment)
• MSHA certification (preferred; may be required prior to start)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions
• Strong awareness of safety and site traffic patterns
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
