Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to building top-tier web and mobile financial solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product analysts, product managers, and engineers throughout the development lifecycle, shaping the Twisto experience and driving our expansion across Europe.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and product initiatives, in alignment with quarterly business goals and with guidance from Senior Leadership.

• Manage timelines, scope, resources, risks, production issues, and allocations to ensure successful and timely delivery.

• Facilitate seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) by organizing workflows, tracking progress, and removing blockers.

• Establish and maintain effective execution and communication processes, ensuring accountability and team alignment.

• Work closely with direct teams and product partners on well-defined projects with clear scope and objectives.

• Support and improve core engineering processes: sprint planning, on-call rotations, bug triage, metrics review, and developer allocations.

• Empower and unblock the team by promoting operational excellence and cultivating a healthy, productive team environment.

• Coach and mentor team members, helping them progress in their careers and meet performance expectations.

• Capture lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery and team operations.
