One year minimum

1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: two to four times a month or as required

2. Participating in meetings/training: two to four times a month or as required

1. →Assist the administrative assistant to organize and schedule appointments; reserve meeting sites; confirms appointments and meetings.
2. →Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
3. →Compose and distribute all memos, emails, and communication to the team, notifying them of reminders, training, and supplies needed for each meeting.

4.    Maintain master calendar for important meetings, tasks, events, and due dates.

5.    Provide support to the Administrative Assistant as requested.
