To be responsible for managing, supervising, and performing work in the purchasing department as well as to be in charge of the procurement of goods and services for the Company's production and business activities; to assign work to subordinates to ensure completion of assigned tasks. Will work alongside the purchasing team to partner with other leaders to catch all targets up and build talented teams.
Responsibilities

- →Executing and monitoring all regular purchasing duties, e.g. Purchase Order issuing, Keeping suppliers' on-time delivery, Price negotiation, Sourcing, Tendering, cost analysis, vendor audit, etc;
- →Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding their purchasing needs and feedback to vendors;
- →Sourcing for parts, equipment, consumable material, fixture & goods & office supply, and suppliers when necessary;
- →Monitoring the service, on-time delivery, and reliability of the suppliers;
- →Take a proactive role in negotiating with vendors to obtain better terms and conditions for the Company’s interest;
- →Ensure the procurement cycle compliance with the internal policy; capable of working on cost analysis and vendor recommendation and selection;
- →Expand and consolidate vendor base to support business objectives;
- →Other tasks as assigned by Director.
- → Controlling Purchasing department in Vietnam under Director’s assignment.
- Preferred 3-5 years’ experience in the Electronics manufactory Purchasing field
- Experience in managing tender process and preparation of tender documents will be a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Well communication skills with good command of written and spoken English & Vietnamese
- Experience with ERP system setup in Oracle/SAP etc;
- Fast learner with good problem-solving skill and adaptive
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Honest, responsible and self-motivated
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s or Degree holder or above.
- Candidates majoring in Logistic / Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing. Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
- 8-hour/day. Saturday is a rotating day off.
- Sitting for extended periods of time; Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, etc.
