This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors and answer phone calls. Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment.
- →Visitor Information and Support Services: Provide information on college programs, events, campus navigation, and parking logistics. Guide visitors and callers to the right contacts for their specific needs.
- →Administrative Support: Assist with clerical duties such as filing, copying, data entry, inventory, and preparing meeting rooms. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- →Special Projects: Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
- →Assist in all areas and locations for the College of Education & Human Development.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High level of reliability.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Requirements

Fridays 12:00-3:00 - Must have a Federal Work Study award from the Office of Student Finance
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
