As we expand our platform across Storefront, Payments, Marketing Automation, CRM, and Ads, our Agile practice needs strong facilitation and delivery support. This is where you come in.

We are looking for a Scrum Master who is not just process-minded but people-centered — someone who cares more about team and product outcomes than enforcing the Scrum textbook.

As a Scrum Master at Crossian, you will support Agile teams in running effective Scrum practices and fostering collaboration. You’ll work closely with developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to help the team stay focused, remove blockers, and continuously improve.
