As a Cluster Manager for Politix you will do more than lead a store, you will bring the Politix brand to life across multiple standalone and concession sites. You will inspire and develop a high-performing team of leaders, create exceptional customer experiences, and drive financial growth. How You Will Contribute
- Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
- Conduct detailed analysis of cluster performance to make informed business decisions impacting profitability
- Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
- Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
- Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
- Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
- Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
