Full Stack Developer (Shopify Developer) - Support Services Global Support Centre

We’re looking for a Full Stack Web Developer (Shopify Developer) to join our IT team, where you’ll play a key role supporting, enhancing and evolving our Shopify-based eCommerce platforms. You’ll design, build and maintain high‑quality web solutions that underpin our digital storefronts and broader business platforms, helping to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Working as part of a cross‑functional delivery team, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Designers and other Engineers to translate business and trading requirements into effective Shopify solutions. You’ll be hands‑on across the full software development lifecycle - from Shopify development and customisation through to testing, deployment and ongoing support.

In this role, you’ll also support the integration of Shopify with internal systems and third‑party services, ensuring scalable, secure and reliable web applications that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering  
• Previous experience working with Shopify App Development / CLI is essential
• Strong experience in modern development practices across backend, frontend or full‑stack development within a medium to large‑scale technology environment
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript (.NET experience is advantegous)  
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders  
• High attention to detail, with a focus on quality, reliability and continuous improvement  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment  
• Attention to detail and self-motivated  
• Experience with or open to AI assisted coding
• Familiarity with web accessibility compliance
