Summary/Objective:
The Regional Branch Administrator will be responsible for supporting the company's overall business operations within a particular area or region. The Regional Branch Administrator duties will revolve around setting various targets goals, maintaining an efficient workforce, and overseeing assigned branch staff. The Regional Branch Administrator oversees management of, and ensures development for, staff to meet overall company objectives in terms of payroll, accounting, and human resources.
Responsibilities:
- Guide, train, and lead branch administrators, as well as monitor performance and supporting targets goals, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Organize and implement training for new Branch Administrators.
- Ensure that all assigned branch administrators adhere to required deadlines and compliance standards for payroll and human resources, addressing any lapses in compliance with corporate policies or local laws.
- Provide timely guidance and feedback to help Branch Administrators strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new branch administrators for assigned region.
- Effectively collaborate with Branch Managers to ensure required internal operational goals are reached.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience delegating tasks to a team
- 2 years of experience in purchase orders and vendor invoice entry experience
- Oracle and ADP Time and Attendance preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to seamlessly multitask
- Strong knowledge of company policy, goals, and standards
- Ability to travel as needed, work in different offices for extended days or weeks as needed
- Act as a back-up for other Branch Administrators while on vacation or leave
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
