About the role: This role offers the opportunity to work on high-load products, build features used by thousands of users, and influence technical decisions from design to production. You’ll participate in the full development lifecycle from analyzing business requirements and decomposing product epics to designing technical solutions, implementing new features, and improving existing systems. Working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, you’ll help build scalable and reliable services while continuously improving code quality and reducing technical debt.
  • Take part in team processes (grooming, sprint planning)
  • Develop and deliver product tasks to the production environment
  • Work on reducing and preventing technical debt
  • Create technical designs for product epics
  • Decompose epics into clear, executable tasks
  • Conduct technical investigations and propose solutions
  • 4+ years of commercial experience in backend development
  • 3+ years of experience with Node.js backend development
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Postgres and Redis)
  • Experience with SOA/Microservices (communication, development process)
  • Experience with patterns (DDD, event-driven, SOLID, CQRS)
  • Experience working with WebSockets (ws, socket.io)
  • Experience working with messaging (BullMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc)
  • Experience in scaling and high-load products
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
