Be the first friendly face patients see when they arrive for care. As a Patient Access Representative, you'll help create a seamless, positive patient experience by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk support.

• →Welcome and register patients
• →Verify insurance and collect co-payments
• →Schedule appointments and procedures
• →Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
• →Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• →Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff
• →Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Customer service and clerical experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work with technology systems
• Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
