As part of the Regulations & Safety organization, Environmental Health & Safety develops programs that protect employees, the environment, and surrounding communities. The team promotes a proactive safety culture while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of workplace environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This role works closely with management and employees to promote a strong safety culture, reduce risk, and maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

~1 min readSafety & Health Compliance
- →Conduct routine workplace safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- →Identify unsafe conditions or behaviors and recommend corrective actions
- →Support incident, injury, and near-miss investigations; track corrective actions
Environmental Compliance
- →Assist with environmental compliance activities (e.g., waste management, spill prevention, chemical storage)
- →Support pollution prevention and sustainability initiatives
Program Support & Documentation
- →Maintain EHS policies, procedures, permits, SDSs, and records
- →Track EHS performance metrics and prepare reports for management
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- →Serve as a point of contact for EHS-related questions
- →Participate in safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives
- →Support regulatory inspections and internal audits
