At $4B in TVL and 100k+ users, Veda is one of the fastest growing DeFi protocols with a team passionate about DeFi and dedicated to our work. This role will be high impact and have the opportunity to directly shape some of the most critical infrastructure in DeFi.

Role:

You’ll drive the development of high-performance API systems that share insights on Veda’s products with our protocol partners and strategist ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, web and mobile-friendly front-end components that deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.

Working closely with our infrastructure team, you will deploy and manage back-end services while remaining agile to support front-end development tasks when required. Join us in shaping the future DeFi accessibility in user-centric applications

Drive the development of high-performance API systems to disseminate insights on Veda’s products within our protocol partners and strategist ecosystem

Collaborate across teams to gather and refine requirements effectively for API system development

Develop intuitive front-end components that are both web and mobile-friendly, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience

Deploy and manage back-end services in collaboration with our infrastructure team, while remaining adaptable to assist with front-end development tasks as necessary

Contribute throughout the development lifecycle, seamlessly transitioning between back-end and front-end tasks based on project requirements to enhance DeFi accessibility in user-centric applications

5+ years of professional experience in software development

Programming experience in Python or similar object-oriented language (C++, Rust, etc)

Front-end experience in React, Angular, or similar JavaScript framework

Experience with version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery concepts

Designed, developed, debugged, and deployed software that has been used in real-world applications

Comfortable designing, deploying, maintaining, and debugging cloud applications in AWS, GCP, Azure, or a similar cloud environment

Comfortable with the end to end life cycle of REST APIs

Database experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar database technologies

Experience writing, maintaining, and upgrading unit and integration tests

Familiarity with cryptocurrency

Help shape the technical foundation of a rapidly growing DeFi ecosystem.

Work directly with top-tier developers, protocols, and institutional partners.

High autonomy and ownership in a small, fast-moving team.
