C&Q Specialist – Packaging Automation

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG) a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.

We are seeking a C&Q Specialist to support packaging equipment and automation systems in a biopharmaceutical environment. This role will work with Engineering, Automation, Operations, and Quality to bring systems into service and complete qualification activities.

• C&Q Specialist – Packaging Automation

Description:

• Develop, review, and execute commissioning and qualification protocols for packaging equipment and associated automation systems.
• Support equipment startup, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
• Review system requirements, drawings, specifications, and test results to confirm that equipment performs as intended.
• Document test results, investigate discrepancies, and support their resolution.
• Maintain clear, complete documentation in accordance with GMP requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant C&Q experience in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment.
• Hands-on experience with packaging equipment and automated controls, including PLC/HMI systems.
• Experience with FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and related qualification activities.
• Strong technical writing, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.
