Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

• →Follow mobile app instructions to complete assigned shift tasks
• →Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap batteries
• →Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas
• →Perform basic repairs and vehicle quality checks
• →Respond to on-demand requests to locate and retrieve scooters
• →Complete other duties as assigned

• →Inspect bicycles and scooters for safety and functionality
• →Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• →Perform routine maintenance and quality checks
• →Troubleshoot vehicle issues and replace damaged components
• →Maintain an organized and safe repair workspace

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps
• Ability to lift scooters weighing up to 60 lbs. without assistance
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically active environment

• Previous bicycle, scooter, automotive, mechanical repair, maintenance, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred

Position Type: Full-Time

• Friday–Tuesday: 9:00 PM–5:00 AM

Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from the Santa Monica warehouse and be able to work one of the schedules listed above.

For E-Scooter Delivery Drivers, a company van will be provided during the shift to complete job duties.

E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate vehicles throughout the city, swap batteries, rebalance scooters, perform quality checks, and complete minor repairs.

Bicycle & Scooter Repair Technicians inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Veo's fleet of bicycles and scooters to ensure vehicles are safe and ready for riders.

The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and staying active throughout the shift.

• Knowledge of the local geography and street layout
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, repair, maintenance, or other hands-on environments
• Previous bicycle, scooter, automotive, or mechanical repair experience, particularly for Repair Technician candidates
