- Registered or Provisional Veterinary Technician required
- 2+ years working in a veterinary clinic
- Emergency or specialty experience a plus
- Reliable, organized, and committed to providing high-level patient and client care
- Venipuncture, catheter placement, and diagnostic sample collection
- Anesthesia monitoring, sedation, and procedures
- Placing IV catheters and managing fluid therapy
- Medication calculation and administration (IV, IM, SQ)
- Diagnostic imaging assistance (radiographs, ultrasound support)
- Monitoring hospitalized patients and providing compassionate nursing care
- Surgical prep, sterile technique, and instrument handling
- Patient monitoring and pain scoring, with trend recognition
What We Offer
~1 min read- $8.00/hour extra when on call, whether you come in or not
- $450 for each procedure completed
- Eligible for overtime and shift differentials
