IT Operations Specialist (Contractor)

This is an entry-level IT position ideal for someone starting their career in tech and eager to gain hands-on experience across various IT functions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Specialist (Contractor) to support the daily operations of our IT department. This role involves computer imaging, legal hold backups, inventory tracking, and maintaining IT imaging and storage areas. • →Image and configure computers to support new hires and hardware replacements
• →Support and back up computers subject to legal hold
• →Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate asset records
• →Maintain and organize the imaging room and IT storage areas
• →Monitor and resolve hardware-related tickets in the IT support queue
• →Collaborate with IT team members to improve workflows, documentation, and operations

• 0–2 years of experience in an IT support or technician role
• Strong general understanding of computer systems
• Interest in computer technology and IT operations
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a customer service mindset
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple support requests

• Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
• Basic knowledge of both macOS and Windows environments
• Prior experience in a help desk, internship, contractor role, or computer-related training
