Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and light painting as a Maintenance Technician.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities according to schedules as the Maintenance Technician on duty.
• Identify and address safety hazards and repair needs promptly, documenting work orders the Maintenance Technician completes.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in good working order; the Maintenance Technician organizes storage areas.
• Collaborate with vendors and staff to coordinate repairs and inspections; the Maintenance Technician supports compliance and safety checks.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and/or janitorial work suitable for a Maintenance Technician.
• Skills in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting required for a Maintenance Technician role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; the Maintenance Technician manages priorities and communicates clearly.
• Compassionate, respectful demeanor when interacting with residents and families—core to our Maintenance Technician culture.

• Job Type: Full-time Maintenance Technician role based on site needs.
