About the Role

We are seeking a Safety, EMC & Environmental Compliance Engineer to lead regulatory compliance design, testing, and certification efforts. This role ensures our products meet safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and environmental standards for market access across multiple countries and regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead safety, EMC, and environmental compliance activities including standards research, testing, and certification to secure market access for company products in various countries, ensuring safe and reliable product delivery.
- Perform safety, EMC, and environmental design work in accordance with the company's product design process, including reviews of safety structures, components, and materials, as well as environmental adaptability design.
- Conduct specialized foundational research in safety, EMC, and environmental disciplines aligned with the company's strategic development plan, and establish a long-term professional technology platform.
- Provide technical support to the market team on safety, EMC, and environmental-related issues.

Qualifications Required:

- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- Familiarity with common topology operating principles; understanding of power device and filter component selection and testing methods.
- Solid mathematical foundation with experience in magnetic component/circuit simulation design or calculation.
- Knowledge of mathematical modeling, electrochemical corrosion, electrical engineering, and failure analysis fundamentals.
- Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to learn and conduct in-depth research.
- Hands-on practical ability with a rigorous and detail-oriented work attitude.
- Good teamwork awareness and communication skills.
