At least 5 - 8 years in Oracle HCM cloud with hands on implementation experience in Oracle Journeys and experience in working with any (2) of the modules: CoreHR, Payroll, Compensation, OTL, Absence, ORC, Helpdesk modules (desired) along with Redwood (VBCS) implementation/migration experience.
- Candidate should be experienced in writing Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks and Test Documents.
- Candidate should have experience with the requirements to release cycle.
- Candidate should be used to working both independently and as part of a team.
- Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work to timelines and requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation and configuration.
- In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle Journeys, including the configuration of templates, tasks, and types (e.g., Process Automation, User Defined Content) for various employee life events, including Preboarding, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Develop and configure journey tasks, checklists, and guided workflows to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience.
- Use the Journeys Creator tool to build custom journeys that address specific business requirements.
- Experience implementing and extending Oracle's AI agents for HCM use cases.
- Should have end-to-end implementation/support experience preferably in a client-facing role.
- Able to work on Core HR Emp and Manager Self-service, Journeys, Personalization (VBCS) as required.
- Able to independently handle HDL loads as required for Oracle Journeys.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical, technical solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for adopting Oracle HCM Journeys and AI agents.
- Stay current with new Oracle Cloud HCM updates and features, especially those related to AI and Oracle Journeys.
- Experience working in a consultative or advisory role with internal or external customers preferably in global implementation/transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting technical specifications and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency/Working Experience in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) – report design, data models, RTF/XSL templates.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human Resources, or a related field is often preferred.

- This role is for a seasoned Techno-Functional HCM Solutions Specialist to join our existing global HRIS team, supporting the global implementation, maintenance and further development of our Oracle HCM Application.
- A successful candidate will be required to work out of our Hyderabad, India office.
- Flexibility to align where it is possible to have overlap with APAC, EMEA and Americas team members will also be important.
- This role will primarily involve working independently as part of an Implementation team to roll out Oracle Journeys module incrementally for countries in scope along with some support required in OTL/Payroll modules implementation for countries in scope as required.
