Operations Intern Associate I (Summer 2027)

The ERS Business Analytics Intern will work cross-functionally across the organization to develop reporting and dashboards that will inform business decisions regarding service delivery, resource planning, and pipeline management. They will assist with needed business analysis and development of dashboards and reporting to drive business process improvement and efficiency

​​RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Analyze internal processes to identify opportunities for efficiency in service delivery and execution
• Develop AI agents to automate repetitive and manual tasks
• Improve reporting on pipeline management
• Develop models to improve resource planning and utilization

• Experience with various AI models
• Ability to work collaboratively with team and remote resources
• Strong analytical skills to problem-solve challenges and bring new ideas to the team
• Strong written and oral communication skills / presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, can prioritize their time, and take initiative
• Eager to learn and learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products – Word, PPT, Excel; PowerBI experience a plus
• Performs with integrity and establishes themselves as a trusted member of the team

• Business Analytics, Data Science, or Business major with AI experience through employment or organizational involvement
