Leads execution and review of item data attribution and setup, with increased responsibility for complex sourcing and data integrity issues. Oversees item maintenance in ERP systems, including price, lead time, MOQ, buyer/planner, costing, routing, sourcing rules and other key attributions. Takes ownership in leading stakeholder calls and resolving escalated Snow Tickets. Provides insight through data analysis and reporting to support decision-making. Plays a key role in ensuring team KPI achievement, identifying root causes of issues, and recommending process improvements.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Drives data attribution scrubbing and item setup; ensures completeness in sourcing approval/routing and supplier communication. Co-leads/ Leads scheduled calls with stakeholders as needed.
- →Owns the precision and accuracy of ERP procurement parameters; verifies alignment with sourcing strategies and drives process improvements.
- →Co-leads/Leads tracker management and fulfills Adhoc (Snow Ticket) for purchasing, Drawing, and BOM updates. Ensures process accuracy and collaborates with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- →Co-Lead/Lead Sourcing Part Setup resolves complex CO/CCO issues with Procurement and MDM. Supervise manual and automated and Ensure complete sign-off and compliance of CCO tasks in PD Cloud and Alice system.
- →Generates intermediate-level reports with insights. Uses analysis to influence procurement decisions and improvements.
- →Checks process accuracy, fixes frequent issues, and suggests ways to improve how tasks are done.
- →Manages tracking of item requests and stakeholder progress. Identifies delays and collaborates with the team to ensure full and timely resolution.
- →Supports preparation and quality review of KPI dashboards. Ensures accuracy and translates metrics into insights for team improvement.
- →Helps in monitoring of transaction timelines, identifies delay patterns, and collaborates with peers to ensure consistent task completion..
- →Does structured data quality checks. Share feedback and support error prevention.
- →Co-leads/Leads deployment of automated and manual error-proofing protocols to ensure data integrity, minimizing rework and audit findings.
- →Serves as go-to expert. Supports escalations and mentors’ others on best practices.

Co-lead/ Lead the automation process tool (RPA, Machine Learning, More4Apps etc.) utilized by the team
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course preferably Engineering/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Business related discipline
- New graduates are welcome to apply, 1 year relevant experience is a plus
- Fluent and Conversant both in written and verbal English
- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Basic MS PowerPoint knowledge
