ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Payment Cashier to join our Accounting team in Phuket. You will be responsible for processing daily payments, handling petty cash, and supporting the accounting team with accurate financial transactions across our real estate operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process outgoing and incoming payments via bank transfers, cheques, and cash in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage and reconcile petty cash on a daily basis
• Prepare payment vouchers, maintain payment records, and file supporting documents
• Verify invoices and ensure proper approvals are obtained before payment processing
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment schedules and queries
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly closing tasks
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a cashier, payments, or accounting support role
• Basic knowledge of Thai accounting standards and VAT regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good command of English — both written and spoken
• Must have full working rights in Thailand; willing and able to relocate to Phuket
• Highly organized, honest, and trustworthy with strong attention to detail
