Position overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to work with VIP clients and partners, representing VillaCarte Group's projects both locally and internationally.
Requirements

• Proven experience in premium real estate sales, with sales volume of at least 500,000 USD
• Excellent communication skills, developed negotiation and sales skills, sufficient to work with VIP clients with a check of more than 1,000,000 USD
• Knowledge and understanding of the Phuket real estate market (or the ability to quickly learn and immerse yourself in the local market)
• Conversational level of English for communication within the team and with potential clients and partners
• Strong learning acumen, ability to absorb large volumes of information quickly, and a commitment to continuous self-improvement
• Knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling personal sales plans and KPIs
• High-quality processing of requests from clients and agents, and presentation of company projects
• Attracting new real estate agencies and partners
• Compliance with company rules and procedures

Nice to have

• Successful experience selling premium real estate in international markets (Phuket experience is a plus)
• Active on social media, willingness to appear in promotional videos for company projects
• Experience developing an agent network
• Readiness to relocate (for candidates living in another country)
• Willingness to travel to participate in international real estate exhibitions
• Knowledge and use of AI tools in your work
