We are looking for a Post-Sales Support Manager to join our client service team in Phuket. If you want to grow within a premium company and work in a rapidly expanding real estate market, this is a unique opportunity to become part of our team.

Responsibilities
~1 min read• Manage the entire post-sales support process after the purchase agreement is signed
• Guide clients from handover to full ownership registration upon project completion
• Coordinate communication between the client, sales department, construction team and property management
• Handle customer inquiries related to payments, contract terms, documentation, handover, defect fixing and registration processes
• Monitor construction timelines and keep clients informed about project status
• Participate in unit inspections and oversee signing of handover acts
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and build long-term loyalty
• Collaborate with finance, legal and sales departments

• Confidence in structuring workflows and supporting clients through complex processes
