QC & Handover Engineer (Architectural & Interior Works)

VILLACARTE GROUP is a group of companies operating since 2012. We develop and manage premium real estate and hospitality projects in Phuket. Our portfolio includes Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas, Layan Verde, VillaCarte Agency, the proptech project Sabai, and La Green Hotel.

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC & Handover Engineer with strong experience in architectural and interior finishing works. 

• Inspecting architectural and interior finishing works according to standards and drawings
• Checking built-in furniture, painting, tiling, sanitary fixtures, doors, windows and lighting installations
• Participating in mock-up inspections and final walk-throughs

• Preparing, updating and managing defect lists (snag lists)
• Coordinating with contractors until all items are completed and approved

• Working closely with site engineers, subcontractors and designers
• Resolving construction issues and ensuring compliance with required details

• Supporting client handover procedures and communication with owners
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety and proper presentation during inspections

• Preparing and maintaining QC documents, handover records and reports
• Using tools such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and PlanRadar (or similar platforms)

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in architectural or interior finishing QC
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, detailing and finishing standards
• Ability to use MS Office, AutoCAD and digital inspection tools
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented and positive working attitude
