  • Risk spotting & escalation: identifies missing/incorrect documents, inconsistencies, or timeline risks early and escalates to supervising lawyer/manager before submission.


  • Coordinate document routing and signatures (internal approvals, signing logistics, witness packs, execution copies) and maintain strict version control.

  • Maintain repository discipline: structured folders, naming conventions, access control (as applicable), and complete filing of final signed sets and supporting evidence.

  • Support compliance administration: maintain registers, renewal/expiry trackers, acknowledgements, and evidence collection under supervision.

  • Assist with due diligence: checklist tracking, document requests, data room organization, and basic completeness reviews (non-legal).

  • Provide evidence indexing and chronologies for disputes/pre-litigation matters (administrative support only), including document bundling and retrieval.

  • Maintain and improve templates, checklists, and SOPs to reduce cycle time and rework; propose process improvements based on recurring issues.
