Role Overview
We’re looking for motivated and articulate interns who are eager to begin their careers in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
You’ll receive practical exposure in customer communication, data handling, and global client support while developing essential call center and professional service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle mock and live inbound/outbound customer interactions under supervision.
- Learn to use call center and CRM tools
- Support client projects by collecting data, logging calls, and documenting feedback.
- Participate in training sessions on communication, customer service, and BPO fundamentals.
- Assist BPO Associates in day-to-day client delivery and reporting tasks.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Communication, Customer Service, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced professional setting.
- Availability for full-time internship (3–6 months) at our Nairobi office.
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to call center, telemarketing, or customer support roles (even academic projects).
- Familiarity with CRM or virtual communication tools.
