RN Evening Supervisor

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as a Full-Time Evening Supervisor. If you are passionate about mentoring others, delivering outstanding resident care, and leading by example, we would love to meet you.

• Full-Time Evening Shift
• Every Other Weekend Required

As the Evening Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight while ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. Responsibilities include:

• →Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff to promote a positive team environment.
• →Provide clinical leadership and make independent decisions to support resident care needs.
• →Coordinate daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
• →Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident care as needed.
• →Promote compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• →Address resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion.

• Current RN license in the State of Louisiana.
• Previous nursing supervisor, charge nurse, or leadership experience required.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care.
