As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a CVM Junior Analyst for our Energy Sector.

Responsibilities

→Support the design and execution of Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives across the customer lifecycle
→Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
→Assist in the implementation and evaluation of A/B tests across customer communication channels
→Monitor key customer KPIs such as retention, engagement, churn and customer lifetime value
→Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making
→Support segmentation activities and customer targeting for commercial and retention campaigns
→Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses
→Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to internal stakeholders
→Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Care to support customer-centric initiatives
→Translate data findings into clear and actionable business recommendations

Requirements

Up to 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, CRM/CVM or related roles. Recent graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
Master's degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
Strong interest in customer analytics, CRM and data-driven decision making
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI or other analytics tools will be considered an asset
Previous experience in the Energy, Telecommunications or Services sector is a strong plus
Fluency in English, both oral and written
Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent organizational skills and results-oriented mindset
