We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage and improve the infrastructure, tools, and processes for Vonage's unified communication platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and security, while driving continuous improvement in our systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on leading-edge technology that powers millions of users and businesses worldwide.

Responsibilities

→Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure site reliability and performance.
→Work with security teams to enforce best practices and security protocols.
→Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure and Linux systems.
→Administer and fine-tune MySQL databases and MongoDB clusters.
→Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment.
→Implement monitoring solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
→Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and implement proactive measures.
→Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance processes and productivity.

4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with 5+ years in software development.
Expertise in AWS, Linux systems, MySQL, MongoDB, and enterprise tools.
Experience with Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Ansible, and Docker Compose.
