Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Effective leadership and mentoring skills within an electrical engineering team
- →Proficient in design and analysis of analog and digital circuits, including schematic creation and interpretation
- →Background in actuation system control, motor drive circuits, or power conditioning for missile systems
- →Skilled with Altium Designer, OrCAD, PSPICE, or similar schematic/layout and simulation tools
- →Experience with signal integrity, grounding/shielding, and EMI/EMC best practices
- →Proficient with lab instrumentation and test automation tools for hardware verification
- →Understanding of safety-critical design practices, including redundancy, fault isolation, and mission assurance
- →Ability to develop, review, and defend technical documentation to DoD and MDA customer standards
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant engineering discipline from an accredited college/university.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant engineering discipline from an accredited college/university.
- Familiarity with MDA MAP and PMAP requirements (preferred)
- Must be able to travel approximately 10% of the time
