At Vyntra, we build solutions that give financial institutions full visibility of every transaction while protecting them against fraud and money laundering.
As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you'll play a key role in bringing our technology to life for customers. You'll work directly with banks and financial institutions across the MEA region, guiding them through the implementation of our transaction intelligence platform, solving complex technical challenges and helping them get the most from our solutions.
This is a hands-on technical role with a strong customer-facing focus. You'll spend around 60–70% of your time working directly with customers, both virtually and onsite. One day you might be deploying a new solution, the next troubleshooting a critical issue or advising a customer on the best approach to an implementation.
You'll need to be comfortable taking ownership of customer engagements and operating with a good degree of independence. We're looking for someone technically strong, pragmatic and resourceful who can build credibility with customers and confidently represent Vyntra in complex environments. The role includes regular travel across the MEA region for short-term customer assignments.
- Deliver full end-to-end technical implementation projects of our software solutions, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Work directly with customers throughout implementation, both remotely and onsite across the MEA region.
- Maintain advanced technical capability to implement and operate Vyntra solutions at a high level of competency.
- Design and deploy solutions to the required standard of quality.
- Understand customer requirements and advise on the best use of Vyntra's solutions.
- Take ownership of technical issues, troubleshooting and driving problems through to resolution.
- Educate and empower customers to maximise adoption of the solution.
- Provide service and support at levels 1/2/3 as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Presales, Sales and R&D teams.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and proof-of-concept exercises.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being at the heart of customer projects. Working directly with clients, solving problems and getting technology successfully into production.
You'll combine strong hands-on technical skills with the communication skills and judgement needed to work confidently with customers. You'll be comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and taking responsibility for moving work forward without requiring close day-to-day supervision.
You enjoy the mix of implementation, troubleshooting and relationship building and are comfortable working across different customers, cultures and environments. Experience within financial services, fintech or financial crime technology would be an advantage.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrable experience delivering technical solutions directly to customers.
- Strong IT/software implementation skills with hands-on experience.
- Comfortable owning customer-facing technical work independently and using your judgement to move implementations and issues forward.
- Hands-on knowledge of Linux systems and scripting languages such as Python, PySpark and Bash.
- Database knowledge, including SQL and scripting to extract and manipulate data; familiarity with ElasticSearch, Kafka, Oracle, MSSQL or MariaDB is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicating with customers and stakeholders at different technical levels.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Knowledge of banking systems or experience in an IT banking environment is a plus.
- Willing and able to travel regularly across the MEA region for customer engagements.
