Walkme is looking for a Product Manager to join our WalkMe Learning Arc product team. We’re looking for someone who has deep expertise in PLG (Product Led Growth) and can drive this strategic initiative, empowering users to learn, grow, and maximize value.

WalkMe Learning Arc is an AI-native learning platform redefining how people acquire and retain knowledge in the flow of work.

By combining AI-driven personalization, adaptive learning paths, and data-backed insights, Learning Arc empowers individuals and organizations to upskill efficiently and continuously.

Our mission is to make learning smarter, more intuitive, and intrinsically engaging and to build a growth engine driven by the product it self.

Own and shape the PLG strategy for the product from vision to execution.

Analyze user behavior, define activation and retention funnels, and lead experiments that drive sustainable growth.

Collaborate closely with BI, Marketing, Engineering, Product Design and GTM teams to create engaging, impactful user experiences.

Define KPIs and leverage insights to continuously optimize engagement, adoption, and product value.

4+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in PLG or B2B SaaS environments.

Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.

Experience working with product analytics tools

A customer centric approach and a love for the user experience.

Proven ability to design and run data-informed experiments that improve user engagement and conversion.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global agile environment.

Native English speaker.
