Senior Product Marketing Manager (Temporary Position)
Quick Summary
Monitor product-line health and commercial success metrics to find the gaps worth closing and the growth worth chasing. 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience,
Own the development and maintenance of the product marketing assets for the products in your scope, from web and demo content to decks and one-pagers, keeping it accurate as the products evolve.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (contract), you will support positioning, packaging, and launch execution for the flagship products at the core of the WalkMe platform — the authoring and management experiences our customers work in every day — plus drive growth for the self-service trial motions that bring new teams into the WalkMe platform before ever talking to a seller.
You'll run a monthly release motion for one of our fastest-moving products, turning a steady stream of shipped capability into compelling launches that resonate with our market and analyst community. You'll support our self-service experiences and be measured on something concrete: enterprise pipeline generated by the product itself. And you'll be the marketing counterpart to the product managers behind our flagship offerings, translating what they build into positioning, packaging, and assets that hold up in front of enterprise buyers.
** This position is temporary for a duration of 8 months, with an option to extend-
Release & Launch Execution: Run an evolving monthly release motion end to end — scoping the narrative and bill of materials, coordinating cross-functional contributors, producing the assets, and landing the launch internally and externally.
-
Product-Led Growth: Support our self-service trial experience as a pipeline engine. Shape the packaging, in-product messaging, and conversion paths that turn self-serve users into qualified enterprise opportunities, and run rapid experiments to improve them.
-
Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling positioning and value propositions for our flagship platform products, grounded in real customer pain points and business objectives. Translate product functionality and technical detail into user benefits — both for individual capabilities and for their role in the broader platform narrative.
-
Go-to-Market Strategy: Build differentiated GTM strategies covering pricing and packaging, customer evidence, product requirements, and content, tailored to the segments and functional audiences we sell into.
-
Asset Ownership: Own the development and maintenance of the product marketing assets for the products in your scope, from web and demo content to decks and one-pagers, keeping it accurate as the products evolve.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Operate as the connective tissue across Product & Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and the wider Marketing org — driving alignment and momentum in a matrixed environment without waiting to be handed a plan.
-
Sales Enablement: Help train and equip the field so sellers can position and sell the platform confidently to the product-qualified leads created by the trial experiences.
-
Market Research: Track a fast-moving category — competitors, analysts, customers, and our own sellers — and feed what you learn back into roadmap input and GTM execution.
-
Product Analysis: Monitor product-line health and commercial success metrics to find the gaps worth closing and the growth worth chasing.
-
5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a product marketing seat.
-
A proven track record of bringing new products to market and executing releases and launches on a repeating cadence.
-
Hands-on product-led growth or product-led sales experience, including pricing and packaging decisions and self-service conversion.
-
Demonstrated, day-to-day use of AI tools in your own PMM work — we'll want concrete examples of how they change how you operate, not a passing familiarity.
-
Strong project management instincts: the ability to navigate matrixed cross-functional teams, hold multiple products and programs at once, and catalyze rapid experimentation.
-
Broad market research and analytical skills to inform and validate positioning, scoping, and product strategy.
-
Native-level fluency in English and Hebrew.
-
Ability to independently collaborate across teams and juggle shifting priorities
-
Experience marketing within a multi-product platform.
-
MBA or consulting, investment banking, or venture capital background.
-
Prior growth marketing, solutions/sales engineering, or product management experience.
