Senior React Native Developer

As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be a technical pillar within your squad. This is a role for a thoughtful builder who enjoys designing end-to-end features and small subsystems while ensuring code remains modular and scalable. You will play a vital part in our community, balancing technical delivery with the meaningful mentorship of junior colleagues.

  Technical Excellence & Delivery: Designing and delivering end-to-end features and small subsystems; optimising app performance, accessibility, and responsiveness; and being accountable for successful delivery of features.

  Communication & Stakeholder Management: Explaining technical trade-offs in plain language; and presenting demos confidently to clients and stakeholders to shape tactical direction.

  Leadership & Team Collaboration: Leading delivery of specific features or workstreams; and mentoring junior colleagues in both craft and process.

  Culture & Community of Practice: Regularly mentoring others across the practice; and representing Waracle in interviews and recruitment panels.
