Support in the training and onboarding of new staff;
Support in the yearlong training and development of coordinators;
Support with the coaching and feedback of operations coordinators.
Bachelor’s degree, required;
At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in schools or a non-profit setting, required;
Bilingual Spanish/English, preferred;
Knowledge of and experience with school facilities and relevant technologies (e.g. Google Suite, PowerSchool, DeansList), a plus;
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills;
Strong commitment to customer service and understanding of the importance of administrative functions to the organization's mission;
Outstanding dependability, with a commitment to being on-time and prepared;
Collaborative team-player;
“Whatever it takes” attitude and a willingness to change priorities at a moment’s notice;
Strong computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite;
A strong belief in the mission and values of DREAM, including the desire to make a difference in the lives of our students, families, and community.

DREAM offers a competitive salary commensurate with relevant experience. The incoming annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 per year. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary closer to the start of the range depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. All regular employees receive annual compensation increases and have the opportunity to earn both performance- and tenure-based bonuses. Because we value tenure in each role, our salary ranges are not capped.
