About You:

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals and business needs into clear requirements.
• Work with product, engineering, and operations teams to shape functional and technical solutions.
• Prepare documentation such as business requirements, specifications, change requests, and process flows.
• Act as the key link between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support release planning, UAT, implementation, and post-release troubleshooting.
• Provide user support and training to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency through technology.
  

What is required and what we’re looking for

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Knowledge of one modern programming language (Node, Java, Python, JavaScript, C# etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML5, REST API, SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experienced in working in an agile team with software engineering.
• Good logical and analytical reasoning capabilities.
• Fluent in English, good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
• Team player, multi-tasking skills, can-do attitude and able to work with tight timeline
