About You:

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

  • Define and execute customer acquisition, growth and retention strategies (including MCV segment), aligning with overall business goals and market trends
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, digital, business intelligence, tech and operation —to deliver seamless product experiences
  • Develop and implement targeted go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns, measuring success through KPIs and iterating based on data
  • Build and manage strategic ecosystem partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance product offerings and expand customer reach
  • Conduct deep market research and customer insights analysis to identify opportunities and pain points for Mainland visitors using Hong Kong digital banking services
  • Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and competitiveness
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the user journey and satisfaction
  • Use data analytics to drive decision-making, optimize product performance, and report progress to senior leadership


What is required and what we’re looking for

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
    • At least 6 years in product management or marketing within banking, fintech, or related sectors. Solid Mainland China Visitor segment experience is a strong plus
    • Deep understanding of Hong Kong’s digital banking ecosystem and Mainland Chinese visitor behaviors
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Agile, innovative mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Proven track record in managing partnerships and driving cross-functional collaboration
    • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
