What You’ll Do and What Success Looks Like

• Lead end-to-end stock trading platform development: define user requirements across front-, mid-, and back-office to launch on time
• Collaborate closely with Tech, Ops, Compliance, and Marketing functions to ensure seamless integration, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution
• Formulate wealth customer acquisition strategy via stock trading, executing sales/marketing to hit targets (customer growth, trading volume, AUM, revenue)
• Optimize relationships with stakeholders (trading desks, brokers, regulators), conducting market research, focus groups, and competitive analysis for platform insights
• Create, iterate, and manage product features, processes, and digital experiences - ensuring intuitive trading tools that delight bank customers while meeting HKMA compliance and regulatory requirements
• Partner with exchange partners, regulators, and vendors for platform integration, testing, real-time monitoring, and ongoing regulatory adherence
• Play a key role in tech/ops infrastructure build-out, including API connectivity, data flows, and compliance reporting

What is Required and What We’re Looking For

• University degree or above in Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 10 years in wealth management, securities, or banking; at least 7 years in stock trading/broking (front/mid/back-office experience essential)
• Deep expertise in stock trading user journeys, order management systems, clearing/settlement, and HKMA regulatory requirements
• Growth hacker mindset: entrepreneurial, competitive, with hands-on experience launching trading platforms in digital banks/fintech
• Proven numerical/analytical skills; strong in market data analysis, pricing models, risk metrics, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent understanding of digital channels for trader engagement (apps, APIs, real-time notifications)
• Superior communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills; thrives in fast-paced startups
• Self-motivated team player with ownership drive
