This newly created leadership position is an opportunity to shape and strengthen the delivery of housing and homelessness services across Melbourne, Gippsland, Geelong and Shepparton.

As our new Service & Practice Lead – Housing, you’ll lead Doorway, Assertive Outreach and Mental Health and Homelessness services, supporting teams to help people secure and maintain stable housing, strengthen their connections and work towards greater independence and wellbeing.

You’ll work closely with Team Leaders and frontline teams, supporting them to do their best work and deliver high-quality, person-centred services. By building trusted relationships with health services, community organisations, housing providers and funders, you’ll also help strengthen local partnerships and create clearer pathways for participants.

Your impact will extend beyond the services you lead. Through practice leadership and the delivery of Housing First training, you’ll help build capability and strengthen the consistency of housing practice across Wellways.
