QA Engineer

Role Summary: The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of software deliverables across multiple projects. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing testing strategies and quality standards for SFCC projects, ensuring robust test case solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to align testing processes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Execution of manual test cases for Web, mWeb, Android, and iOS apps.
Testing of promotions, coupons, and campaigns via SFCC Business Manager.
Working Knowledge of any OMS like Manhattan MAO or IBM Sterling / Fluent Commerce, etc.
Identify and log defects during the testing lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain test cases and results.
Identify process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Technical Competencies:
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
Expertise in testing web and mobile applications, including compatibility testing.
Familiarity with Cart and Checkout flows in eCommerce, and SFCC promotions and campaigns.
Knowledge of eCommerce domain, OMS (Order Management System).
Proficiency in QA tools like JIRA and Postman.
Experience in manual testing, API, UI, and functional testing.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and customers.
