Private Executive

As a Private Executive within Westpac Private Bank based in Sydney on Gadigal Country, Warrane, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through trusted, long-term relationships. This is a relationship first role where you’ll deliver personalised banking, lending and wealth solutions shaped around what matters most to each client.

You’ll collaborate across the Private Wealth ecosystem and the broader Westpac Group, bringing the right expertise together to deliver a seamless, considered experience. 

This is also a genuine growth role. You’ll build your reputation in market, strengthen your network and bring new high value clients into Westpac through advocacy and connection. With a strong focus on acquisition, portfolio performance and thoughtful risk management, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping the financial futures of Australia’s most successful individuals and families.

• RG146 compliance with a strong understanding of AML and KYC obligations
• Proven success acquiring and growing high net worth client portfolios, with a genuine appetite for new business development
• Strong capability across banking, lending or wealth, ideally spanning all three
• Sound knowledge of alternate investments, bonds, hybrids, FX and interest rate swaps
• Commercial judgement with the ability to navigate complex client needs with discretion and professionalism
