This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role for an experienced data professional who thrives in Agile corporate environments and knows how to turn strategy into outcomes.
You’ll work at the intersection of data, technology and business, partnering closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver meaningful customer and business value. You’ll be embedded in an agile team, leading by example, influencing outcomes and coaching others along the way.
This role suits someone who is energised by complexity, confident navigating senior stakeholders, and motivated to make a visible impact within a large organisation undergoing transformation.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Partnering with business stakeholders to clarify strategy and objectives, and translate them into a clear, actionable data product roadmap
- →Owning end‑to‑end delivery, from roadmap through to execution, value tracking and reporting
- →Working within scrum teams to apply product vision, purpose and momentum — continuously delivering incremental customer value
- →Translating business needs into value‑driven features, stories and outcomes
- →Tracking business value, delivery metrics and team performance to ensure outcomes are realised
- →Driving release and sprint goals, prioritising the backlog to maximise value aligned to data strategy
- →Working closely with Scrum Masters and Lead Engineers to optimise team performance
- →Providing leadership, coaching and mentoring across delivery, service ownership and product ownership domains
- →Acting as a trusted SME, guiding teams through complexity with clarity and confidence
We’re looking for corporate‑hardened, agile delivery professionals with strong data platform experience and the confidence to lead in complex environments.
- Proven, hands‑on experience delivering data platforms using Azure, AWS and/or GCP
- A strong understanding of data governance and program governance in large organisations
- Experience working across multiple scrum teams, programs and technology initiatives simultaneously
- Deep experience in Agile delivery, including guiding distributed onshore and offshore teams
- Strong IT literacy with extensive experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Solid exposure to modern data technologies, with a genuine interest in emerging trends across data and AI
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence, align and bring people on the journey
