Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports daily warehouse and facility operations, including receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintains accurate inventory control and ensures materials are stored in an organized and efficient manner.
- Operates independently while effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Follows all safety procedures and contributes to a safe, clean, and compliant workplace.
- Demonstrates reliability, motivation, and accountability in completing assigned responsibilities.
- Takes initiative to identify and resolve operational needs, improving warehouse efficiency and organization.
- Collaborates positively with team members while supporting overall facility and warehouse objectives.
Requirements
~1 min read- Receive, inspect, unload, store, and distribute materials, equipment, tools, and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and logs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment; conduct inventory counts and ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support facility and project teams by preparing, moving, loading, and unloading materials and equipment as needed to meet operational demands.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to manage records, reports, and inventory tracking.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills while working independently and collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Take initiative to identify process improvements, complete tasks proactively, obtain required certifications and training (including forklift certification), and perform additional duties as assigned.
