QC Inspector / Warehouse Associate - 19862

Our client, a mail-in jewelry & watch repair service with a newly acquired factory in the Philippines, is seeking a QC Inspector / Warehouse Associate to join their on-site operations team.

This is a hands-on, full-time role focused on inspecting finished products and ensuring all outgoing items meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and experienced in manufacturing or product quality control, particularly within jewelry or accessories.

The primary function of this role is to inspect finished stainless steel jewelry and accessories prior to shipment, ensuring all items meet quality, accuracy, and packaging standards.

• →Perform final quality inspections on finished products including rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, charms, and similar accessories
• →Identify and flag product defects, including:
  • →Scratches, dents, chips, and rough edges
  • →Plating or PVD finish issues
  • →Color mismatches
  • →Loose or missing stones (CZ)
  • →Weak or faulty clasps, hinges, jump rings, and earring posts
• →Verify correct size, length, SKU, style, and color for each item
• →Cross-check item counts against invoices and packing lists
• →Inspect and ensure proper packaging quality and presentation
• →Support warehouse and repacking functions as needed
• →Maintain organized records of defects and quality issues
• →Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies

• 2–5 years of experience in quality control (QC) within a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot minor defects quickly and consistently
• Experience working in hands-on inspection roles
• Ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

• Experience in:
  • Stainless steel jewelry QC (strongly preferred)
  • Fashion jewelry or accessories inspection
  • Jewelry warehouse, repacking, or fulfillment
  • Metal accessories manufacturing
  • PVD plating or electroplating QC
• Background in general manufacturing QC with strong visual inspection skills
• Jewelry manufacturing experience (bonus)
• Stainless steel jewelry experience (double bonus)

• Full-time, on-site position (not remote)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard GMT-aligned working hours
• Location preference:
  • Fairview / Quezon City (ideal)
  • Also open to candidates in Metro Manila, Novaliches, Caloocan, Marikina, Valenzuela, and nearby areas
